250 grams parsley trimmed leaves
Half pound cheddar cheese grated or shredded
Half cup milk
Half cup flour
Ten lasagna sheets
Eighty gram butter
One cup chopped basil
Half tablespoon sugar
One can tomato sauce
Medium size tomato finely chopped
One pound ground beef
One clove of crushed garlic
One medium size onion finely chopped
Two tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation :
In a pan add olive oil,ground beef,onion, garlic,tomato sauce,crushed tomato,basil and sugar .
Stir it untill the ground beef looks dark .
In another pan add the butter and flour.
Stir well until it bubbles then add the milk and let it boils When it cools up add the cheddar cheese.
In a baking tray put the lasagna sheets .
Add the mixture from step one and parsley leaves.
Add another lasagna sheet and the mixture from step one then add parsley.
Keep repeating that step until you reach the top of the baking tray .
Add the mixture from step two at the top .
Put the baking tray in the oven .
Set your oven degree at 300F.
Bake it for 45 minutes until it forms brown crunchy surface.
Serve the lasagna with an orange juice and add mozzarella cheese at the top .
