Welcome back in this article I will be talking about charisma. We always hear about that but we wonder what is about and how can be done? First of all charisma is part of a person life style which means every one has it since that being said the remaining will be how different people show it. The reason I say every one has it is related to respect feed back from others. So if you get the respect you need from others you do have charisma. Why ? It is because respect you gain from others is a combination of their energy reading satisfaction and your influence matching to theirs and your outputs match to others. Now, does that mean all people are charismatic? The answer is no but whoever show it. So what's charisma? It is a combination of reading people's energy first then your ability to match your energy to others. So what is people's energy? It is their outcome intention and reactions to situations in general. So alot of people think acting charismatic is easy which is a wrong way to think. First having a charisma it is not a form of acting but it is how you show it to others ? So how to grade a successful charisma way of showing to others? It is by grading your own ability rate to influence others by your ideas and your ability of maintaining it while you make others feel no thing had changed from their ideas. So a normal person would go ask people questions then tell them his own idea and either agree to people idea or being persistent to their own idea and they think there is no third option. But a charismatic person will start talking about their idea to people then listen to people's idea then stop the final decision of declaring to others they are either agree to that or no and stop declaring their own idea as final decision but also a charismatic person would keep in mind people's feelings and reactions from the outcomes of the conversation so at the end the charismatic person would gather particles of people's energy of what make them satisfied from their own idea and adapt it to his own idea. Basically if you are trying to copy a charismatic person you will fail because others energy are different and your energy is different to a charismatic person. Generally that's how to show your charisma to others by doing these tips. You have to have others concerns as your first priority than your own stigma. You have to have answers for others which doesn't leave them confused or unhappy. You must feel people's reactions to your own conversation and then play your role of self defense from unhappy outcomes from them by persuasion to them that leave them satisfied from your own idea. You need not to react to situations but show your inputs in hidden psychological matter. You need to read people's intention through their eyes. Charisma can't be written on paper work as steps it is more like having three spirits in one body . One spirit goes to others outcomes and the other spirit goes to your own outcomes but the third spirit does the main work of getting the positivity outcomes from others and match it to your own outcome. Most people choose not to show charisma since it is a complex status of personality to show .
An example of a charismatic situation is as below:
R is a charismatic person.
J is others as people.
R will enter the room saying hello.
J will say hi back but trying to figure out R personality by his reactions in general.
R ignore J and sit on a table watching tv.
J wants to talk to R.
J will start a conversation with R such as life is hard man alot of complains.
R will say well complains is part of life but we have no control I guess.
J will tell R never mind I guess I have to deal with it I guess.
R will ask J not to give him details but he is here if he needs an idea on solving a complain.
J will think no first to tell R then maybe why not ? No still no I guess
R will say you don't have to tell me man if you already can handle it yourself i just want to get back to Tv.
J will say i guess i can tell you but i would not say names alright.
R smiles then say ok it is your complains problem i am just here to give you an idea to solve and yes i asked you before not to say names.
J feels uncomfortable to tell R
J looks at R and stay quite
R look at J and say I am sorry I guess I shouldn't watch TV and move to J table then R tell J at least we have something to talk about that's helpful you know so go ahead!
J look at R and stay quite and say no I am fine I don't want to discuss it then R says ok it is up to you but R don't leave J table.
R look at the floor then start to talk to J about a complain he had in the past and how he just solve it.
J listen to R then say I know you are doing this to get me to talk and tell you about my complains but hey I wouldn't say it I am a strong person.
R says no and yes . Yes I did say my story to get you to talk but no I don't want to hear your complains it is important to you only not mine.
J would say well I sound a little stupid here you are right though.
R stay sitting at J table then watch TV back
J would tell R wow you watch TV again I guess I shouldn't say something.
R says well I am here still at that table I mean I left my table and came to yours for a reason but I respect what you say so I am watching tv now you can talk as I said if you want you but I am watching tv now but hey I am still at your table.
J says no you are watching TV that's why
R says I will watch TV till you start to talk then I wouldn't watch TV. Is that fair you think or should I get myself bored and miserable like old grumpy one?
J says I guess I am the miserable grumpy one I guess don't you think R?
R says yes and no look I am not bored of you because I came to help you listen to your complains but I don't want get bored myself that's why I watch tv.
J feels R respect him.
J will tell R about his complanis.
R feels he got what he wants.
J feels he got what he needs.
