Sauteed potatoes:
Ingredients:
Two big potatoes
Four table spoon of oil of your choice
Chopped one onion
Chopped two tablespoon of garlic
Three tablespoon of tomato paste
One cube of chicken broth
Three cups of water
One tablespoon of oregano
One bay leaf
One tablespoon of basil
Preparation
Start by heating up your frying pan for two minutes then add the oil and spices then stirr for a minute.
Add the potatoes after being sliced or cubed.
Stirr altogether for two minutes.
Add the chopped onions and garlic and stirr for one minute.
Add the chicken broth cube and water.
Cook and stirr on medium heat for half an hour .
Keep an eye on the water if it is all gone and potatoes still hard add one cup a time until water is gone then check the potatoes.
Serve with chicken and rice or grilled meat.
