Indonesian smoked fish recipe

Ingredients :
Two tablespoon of salted butter
Half table spoon of chopped red pepper
One table spoon of chopped garlic
One table spoon salt
One table spoon of black pepper
Five pieces of salmon fillet
Five table spoon of soy sauce
Three tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
Two table spoon of brown sugar
Preparation :
In a bowl add the salt,pepper,garlic.Mix them all together until you form a paste.

Brush the salmon fillet with the mixture from step one.
In a frying pan add the soy sauce,lemon juice,red pepper ,brown sugar  and stir well till the brown sugar dissolves.
In a baking tray add one table spoon of oil then brush the tray. Add the sauce mixture from step three to the salmon. Put it on the stove and leave it to boil for 10 minutes. 

To make brown sugar.Mix one cup granulated sugar with one teaspoon molasses and mix them  well
You can add one table spoon of red wine for extra flavor to step three.
