How to make sausage in the middle east??

Ingredients :
One pound of fresh sausage
Two big fresh onions cut in little pieces
Two big fresh tomatoes cut in little pieces
One big green pepper cut in little pieces or slices
One table spoon of minced garlic
One teaspoon of all spice
Two tablespoon of vegetable oil
Two table spoon of tomatoe paste
One cup of water
Preparation :
Bring a frying non stick pan then add the vegetable oil.
Cut the sausage in big pieces like half inch wide.
Fry the sausage in the pan.
Add the tomatoes and onions and green pepper and minced garlic.
Add  all spice and tomatoe paste and water.
Lower the heat and let it cook for about 45 minutes and add water if needed.
The water level should be one inch above. 
Keep stirring until the meat is cooked. 
Serve with pitas bread and orange juice.
