How to hold your temper?

Tempered individuals are not just labeled logo but they are a fact! I myself stay calm alot of time in difficult situations since I programmed my reactions to calm reactions in anger or difficult situations! And I will share with you some of my techniques to see if you can use it yourself! So Anger in general comes from people's reactions that doesn't fit a situation as expected. So how could you manage yourself to stay calm in anger situations? First! say no to anger and yes for solutions! You first need to acknowledge that you are more than capable to overcome any angry situation. That doesn't work with people who choose to limit their intelligence level to what social stigma anger reaction look like in different situations! So if you just watch a reality shows that shows two people fighting and that inspire you entirely since your mind told you that this is how celebrity react so this is the only right way based on what you had watched! You do have limited your intelligence that way and I had no help for you! So basically it is your determination in your way of thinking to go above and beyond or stay stuck up and pick up leftovers from whoever will be in the scene as your own inspired reaction in life! Also you have
to be determined on what you will be doing next regarding how will you continue handling the situation. Second! Find out solutions to anger situations and start to work on them as steps! Don't just calm yourself down then leave the scene. You will end up with questions and dissatisfaction in your mind. Also explain your solutions points to the people in the situation that way you will get all what you needs to say out loud not just wasting time!
Lastly! Believe in your power! But also take people's power in consideration in a route that doesn't affect your power! So basically you can get mad ! But not angry ! Then you will get calm down once you have solutions in the scene! And after you represented your point of view and your voice is heard! If the situation requires you to act super smart to prove yourself! You could! And that will decrease the anger feeling. Alot of people believe in meditation so you can try that too! I personally tried it and it didn't work for me ! If something in my head there no ocean visualization will stop what's in my head ! That was just my opinion! Only determination and action is what count!
