How to deal with low level intelligence?

Low level intelligence had spread among most corporations and merchandisers. In the old days where low level intelligent people did not have their back bone as theirs as you see nowadays they were easily identified as stupid people. But these days they found their favorite method of concealing their title by making new stigma such as hiding from confrontation which will high light their intelligence level. Also pully the smart people by banning their work since they don't tell them what they want to hear.i personally saw a lot of websites had changed dramatically from superior one to below the ground one.but this is the fun part of their work that they work as infestation or mold spread. They will do the best they could to ban the intelligent intelligence which they can't because they are always going around the intelligent not above and beyond. They are always basically in a positive of a copy cat. So the best way to deal with low level intelligence is to high light their low intelligence to the public such as play their opposite friendly pal.so you tell them what they want to hear plus you do your own thing behind their back. They might just keep following you and that would be an achievement to the public. Also you have to be inside their low intelligence outlines so they will not get a chance to complain about you. But in the meantime you do your own creative methods just by self not by sharing to any that way you share their limited intelligence as every one does but you remain creative tycoon to them.
