One packet of macaroni, small shapes
One table spoon of oil
Half table spoon salt
Half table spoon pepper
Three table spoon chicken broth
Two cups water
Parsley , black olive, cheddar cheese to garnish
Cooking pot or cooking pan
Preparation:
Fry the macaroni with oil until it turns brown.
Add the chicken broth and water about one inch above the macaroni and leave it to boil.
Take the heat down , add salt and pepper then cover the cooking pot and let it cook for ten minutes.
When the macaroni absorbs all water and look dry ,turn the heat off .
Garnish the macaroni with parsley,black olives and cheddar cheese.
