How to identify stupidity?

Stupidity is an icon on wiping people's intelligence. It is more like a disease that invades people's mind. Stupidity goal in general is to establish a generation of stupidity elements. Also their second goal is to conquer the intelligence zone and prove it self instead. Stupidity applies it's elements on certain personalities. Since personalities  make people characters. Stupidity elements goal is to wipe only intelligence characters while personalities might remain outlined as outdated.
What is stupidity?
It is an icon on wiping people's intelligence level or decrease it to their elements stupidity level that accompany people's characters. Since personalities does not change, stupidity only targets it's characters to paralyze personalities.
How to identify stupidity?
It is identified by people's rate of acceptance to stupidity elements in their characters.
What is stupidity elements?
Those are the bases that build up stupidity. They are basically the percentage of people's rate in their characters that can be completed by stupidity elements.
How stupidity elements attack people's characters?
It does get itself attached to people's characters through their personality acceptance rate to adapt stupidity elements.
People's consciousness is what determines their characters. But people's personality is what drive their characters in general without any changes.
