Evil narsastic people personality traits

In this article I will show personality traits of evil narsastic people however mentally strong people are more than capable to overcome them.if you are dealing with a person like that ,it will be  your choice to stand still or leave .narsastic evil people in general are not mentally strong therefore they rely on how many mentally average people support their ego .also they do not see their overall outcome hidden traits that the mentally strong person can point that makes them a great prey for the intelligent one.since the mentally strong person can set up their trap by giving them a chance of expansion for limited time till the time comes and they fail.usually their personality is easy to read as they show it clearly such as  it is hard for them to defend any miserable situation .it is hard for them to defend an honest hard worker person. It is hard for them to cheer up for a company success.they seem always as they are hyper anxious for criticism or complains or high lighting a source that help needy people as taking advantage .they always seem hyper and cant settle down without their juicy part of the story such as failure,mocking,gossiping, mock the peace.you can also see how miserable they look since they lack intelligence in a situation that disagree with them.they will show a big smile for any one's misfortune. They will play empathetic for mentally average people to brain wash them and gain their control. They cant stand advise .if you see them as supervisors for example. They will chase only the mentally strong persons by taking away their seniority training experience for new employees, lying about the company policy,micro management,but as I said it is a play and the mentally strong person always win since they have all it takes such as intelligence, observation, patience, charisma which the evil people lack in general. I believe it is a gift from the creator to make the good spirits smart while the evil just roll around them as stupid.back to the example of supervisors they will run around  spread rumors to mentally average people since they have no control over mentally strong employees such as the employee is hard to talk to or harsh or aggressive then the mentally strong will overcome that by proving all their negative rumors to positively .and you can spot all these evil people every where but the trick is to observe them then prove the opposite. It is a challenge but it is good now if you know your steps ahead. And these type of people if they run across mentally strong people who they want to gain their control, they will run away and look for mentally average people since their response will be .what make you say that about an employee?then they have no answer while the mentally average people will give them same answer "wow,you are right!then the mentally strong play their elementary steps of winning in order for them to comprehend.
