How not to look shy ?

Most of us except a few don't enjoy looking as shy infront of people,therefore they act the complete opposite of what the social stigma identifies shy people. But still they don't achieve the complete look of confidence they were looking for!? Some thing is missing still!
In this article I will show you based on my personal perspective why this happen and how to overcome it?
Why this happen and why do we look shy ?
First of all it is our mental psycology versus the surroundings psycology mental reaction competition. Believe it or not! It is a daily competition of mental psycology so look at the example below :
A will get in a room of people 

A will observe a lot of eyes starring at him

A will wait to see if their stare is positive or negative 

A self esteem is based on people stare type at him if it is positive he is happy,if it negative he is sad and feels like he wants to escape all negative stares

A will look in ground to escape all stares now .

A will escape all stares because he doesn't know their motivation stares.

A will feel numb and disoriented that he lacks his further step how to react to all stares

A will start to look up to positive stares and smiles then stop smiling since A doesn't know his further reaction steps.

A will have a lot of questions in mind but dont know how to proceed with all stares reactions. 

A will smile back to positive stares but they will look at him negative way now then laugh.

A will look back in ground and wonder what happened ?

A will look shy but he hates it so he will look around cross legs and arms

All people will laugh louder and giggles

A doesn't know what happened?

SO WHY DO WE LOOK SHY ? YOU SPOT ALL ABOVE EXAMPLES STEPS SCINARIO. THE ANSWER IS SIMPLE
A IS NOT BEING A RIGHT RESPONCE TO THEIR MENTAL PSYCOLOGY RACE. ALSO A IS NOT BEING HIMSELF. THE FINAL THING A DOES NOT WANT TO ESTABLISH HIS MENTAL PSYCOLOGY TO THEM.

BE YOURSELF BUT THAT'S NOT EASY TO BE DONE IMMEDIATELY. YOU MUST FIND YOUR OWN PERSONALITY TRAITS AND CARRY IT WITH YOU WITHOUT CHANGING BUT FLEXIBILITY AS WELL Adhere to it AS KNOW As "Charisma "

DON'T PUT PEOPLE CONSIDERATION ASPECTS AS YOUR GOAL IN LIFE .JUST CONSIDER WHAT ADAPTS TO YOUR SELF.

BE A WORRIER KIND TYPE,A POLITE HARSH TYPE,AN IGNORANT CARING TYPE,BUT HOW ? USE INTELLIGENCE BASICALLY FEEL PEOPLE EMOTIONS AND REACTIONS FIRST THEN FEEL YOUR EMOTIONS AND REACTIONS SECOND THEN PUT YOUR EMOTIONS TO THEIR EMOTIONS AS THEIR ANSWER BUT PUT THEIR EMOTIONS TO YOUR EMOTION AS A LIFE NECESSITY BOOSTER IF NEEDED.

SO NOW WHAT A MUST DONE DIFFERENT NOT TO LOOK SHY ?
A will go into the room of people 

A will notice is the people stares are positive or negative 

A will think about negative stares as priority to block mission so he will say hello to them

A had establish confidence in negative stares people so they will look down or roll their eyes away but they can't talk about A as shy to the rest

A will say hello to positive stares people and see if conversation can be established 

Negative stare people will feel uncomfortable 

A will greet everyone one if could or sit the way he wants then look in ground

A will then leave the room with self confidence outputs 

A acted as a social normal to the negative stare people but friendly to people who give him a chance positive attitude to talk

A blocked the negative stare people outputs to talk negative about him since he was friendly to the rest and said hello to their negative team .

A owns the stage since negative stares people have to be friendly positive to A in order to talk to him and A has no issues with them since he said Hello 

A WINS THE STAGE EVEN IF HE LOOK SHY HE WILL REMAIN CONFIDENT IN ALL PEOPLE PERSPECTIVE.
