Ingredients :
One pound of fresh green beans
One pound of ground beef
One can of beef broth
Two fresh tomatoes chopped in little pieces
One fresh onion chopped in little pieces
One green pepper cut in little tiny slices
Two table spoon of tomatoe paste
One teaspoon of all spice
One teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon of salt
Two table spoon vegetable oil
Preparation :
Wash the green beans then cut them in little pieces .
Bring a frying nonstick pan then add the vegetable oil then the green beans and stir well until the green beans are fried
Add the onion ,green pepper ,spices and fresh tomatoes and stir well until the onion is golden brown in color.
Add the ground beef and beef broth and tomatoe paste and let it cook until the meat change color to dark brown.
Serve it with white rice and fresh salad.

How To Make Meatloaf With Roasted Baby Potatoes And Spinach?
Two pounds baby potatoes.
Five tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
Two cups chopped mushroom.
One cup chopped red onion.
One table spoon chopped fresh thyme and sage.
One pound ground beef.
One egg.
One cup tomatoes sauce.
One cup bread crumbs.
Half teaspoon salt.
Half teaspoon black pepper.
Half teaspoon dried red pepper.
One table spoon minced garlic.
Five ounces fresh spinach leaves.
Preparation
In a baking tray add one tablespoon olive oil to the baby potatoes .
Preheat the oven to 350 F and leave the baby potatoes to roast for 20 minutes .
In a pan add two tablespoon of olive oil,mushrooms,onion,thyme and sage then let it cook for about 5 minutes until the mushroom and onion turns medium brown.
Mix the ground beef with the mushroom and onion from step two then add half cup tomato sauce , bread crumbs, salt and pepper .
Mix it all together then shape it as a meat loaf .
Put the meatloaf on a baking tray then add the tomatoes sauce and red pepper slices on the top of the meatloaf . Bake it in 400 F oven for 15 minutes

How To Cook Eggplants In Many Different Ways ?
If you choose make fried eggplants.
You can simply wash it and cut it in slices and deep fry it.
Add a mixture of chopped green chilli pepper and garlic and vinegar at the top of fried eggplants.
Fry minced garlic and green pepper and vinegar until the garlic is light brown.
Put the mixture on the top of fried eggplants .
If you choose to boil it.
Boil it in a boiling water until it is tender.
Let the eggplants cool up then cut it in slices.
Make a mixture of lemon juice,vinegar,minced garlic,thyme,salt and pepper.
Add the mixture on the boiled slices of eggplants then cover it with foil and keep it in the fridge for 24 hours.
if you choose to have stuffed eggplants.
Wash the fresh eggplants then scoop out the inside of the eggplant.
Stuff the eggplant with fresh raw rice and ground beef and spices.
Put the stuffed eggplants in a pot and pour water until the water level is two inches above the eggplants.
Cover the pot and let it cook until the eggplant and rice inside is fullycooked.
If you choose to sautee eggplants.
Make a mixture of fresh minced garlic ,onion,green pepper, fresh tomatoes , tomatoe paste ,water, all spice and fresh eggplants.
All ingredients should be cut in little pieces.
