Welcome back all readers for another post and I am thrilled to tell you about how to stand for a malicious coworker who just spread all bad talk to get you fired. First of all let me tell you something these types of people in general you see them everywhere in your life but in a work place you have to be super smart to outsmart their malicious scheme. So I will do the best I can to talk about their psychology and personality traits and how to defeat them. First of all these malicious toxic people they target the good people. How? By playing with a personality of a good person as a shell to look good from the outside to others while they monitor the things that a good person is worry about so they can target that as their hook to snap on a person and destroy their life . They will follow the good person traits. They will watch the victim closely . They will steal the victim's ideas to theirs. They will talk like a victim's charismatic way. Since they don't have intelligence the victim can turn around the table to his own . But hey I will show you how they will act malicious by a simple example so you know some of their traits while I show the rest of what I want to say. So if you have an employee who had been working for years and years without a problem then all of the sudden there are showers of malicious talk while the employee is still the same . That's a red flag to any person around but not the intelligent and that's how malicious plan works most of time . That's how they target people! They will harass that employee first in silence then have this plan to make that employee look like a freak of the party. But hey not for the intelligent people though who are mentally stable and strong they will not give that an attention. And if they do give that an attention it will turn to destruction. So the malicious people will not fool the intelligent. But since intelligence doesn't require a spread of the word of how intelligent is that person . Non intelligent people are the one who spread the fake intelligence by impressing their type only. So if you are in a work place and you see certain people walking around whenever you go and taking their break with you and just walk around you as watchers group then you can play their game. now that's different than normal coworkers. I will explain how. Normal coworkers have their own work and conversation and the way they look at others even in their break time they know manners and respect so they can sit on their own do their own thing peacefully without looking for something negative to start with to any body for example if a victim is walking to break and sit alone and saw a supervisor sitting on their own doing their own thing he will just walk around and take his own break without the need to say something to a supervisor but if a supervisor looked at him he will say hello boss then still do their own thing while malicious people will rush to sit with a supervisor then you notice that they look at you then a supervisor might look to you too after they sit with her then that's an indication that they are not normal coworkers they are just there to ruin your peaceful break and your job if they can get any chance you will see them thrilled to gossip bad about the victim to the point of asking a supervisor then why you just fire him? But the truth is if they see their victim change to what they don't want to see such as if the victim is throwing a joke to a supervisor and have happy day then you will not see those malicious coworkers rushing to sit with a supervisor after that but hey the rule of humans are this " respect then you get respected. If you are throwing bad talk in a good manner personality what comes out of a bad mouth will reflect the mouth type , every one have freedom but not a freedom to disrespect people and asking for a respectful look around to come back on it's own " . But these people will act as stalkers. They can't resist the stare at the victim or what a victim is doing now? They can't resist the questions. They can't resist the idea that a victim is doing their own thing by walking and enjoying the stars in the sky. You will feel and it will look as " a celebrity is entered a room" all eyes will be on you not as normal people will react. And that's a sickness that can't be treated since hatred takes over their sadistic nature that no one can be smarter than them , they have to stare at a victim to find an evil plan. So what they will do. They will treat the victim bad with a little sprinkle of good from the outside so they don't look bad to others they want to fool them. They will follow the victim whenever they go. It will be policies if a victim enjoy something that doesn't make him theirs. So if a victim has a great suggestion they will ignore it then they will make it their new plan in the future to make a victim feel down then they will make a policy about no suggestion from employees are taking seriously but they just gather ideas that's all . So the employee can be in a confusing silence mode and feel down as their prey. It is a psychological battle. Or an employee had been sick for a while then they shower the employee with all restricted new policies about being sick but not any real positive policies or supportive policies from the company. And again if you are a victim of that and you love your job then don't let them target you I will show you how to defeat them successfully and peacefully without any problems. So if you are an employee and you see all of sudden the big boss is coming to check down a crew. That's fine alright you always had been appreciated by a big boss and you appreciate the big boss right. But what makes it different than normal. If a big boss is nice to you as normal then next day the big boss is chatting with a coworkers then the big boss changed the attitude. Now that's different from a big boss is being tired. Because any person can feel tired or something that's normal right. What makes it not normal that you see a big boss ignoring you always after the chatty coworkers leave. But hey as I said. They forgot that a victim still have intelligence and he can play them back. Now when you have malicious people you will not be malicious because it's them but you can play their game to others psychologically so they show their hidden malicious traits to the world. You start with a big boss and act your normal usual good attitude and appreciation. That would kill the malicious people starting plan. Then you go to supervisors then you show them your good attitude with respect same as big boss with appreciation . Now you go to the malicious coworkers and show them what they don't want to see! So if they want you to look ignorant by ignoring you always answer them back and never ignore them. They will run around telling people that you are ignoring them. But you can answer that with " well I really don't know these people on a personal level basis since they are coworkers but I answer them if they talk to me with respect what is the aspect of ignoring people from their perspective?"so the basics are their but that answer will push them forward to start acting as a cry baby to others such as " he didn't say hi to me, he looks rude to people " while the fact is that you are doing your job , you are not there to babysit a coworker despair and needs of your lovely attention they can go to a psychologist for that if they seek people attention on a personal level that you give them a hug and know what hurts in their little toe" then they go around and play by words like " he is rude to everyone. Everyone say the same " ok what did he do? They can't answer that if you are a normal worker who work and respect people around. Now as a person you have your own choice to choose who is going to be your friend. Who you can talk to goofy? That's all yours and it is your personal zone only that no one will control. Just go to work and start a new day with good attitude. All malicious people will act as " oh he has a split personality " while the victim answer " ok what about people's personality intelligence. Because I can't talk to everyone the same well show me proof of the similarity non split personality evidence conquering the psychological normal person?"
They will say " she is just nice to big bosses " I will say " ok if she is not the nicest to big bosses how do you want her to be ? The nicest or the worst to big bosses. Because bosses are bosses because they are big not small "
They will say " he walks without saying a good morning " then you say " where's his good morning to you ? Did he ignore the response ? Well did you try to talk to him "
They will play smart planners as the victim show his humbleness and confidence at both time by planning malicious tricks on a victim reaction while they are doing that you as a victim can act as their mirror to others.
This victim might say something to a coworker such as "you are free on your break time you don't have to sit with people you just trained actually every one does their own thing on a break time you don't have to sit in groups " then next day you see a malicious coworkers walking around you talking loudly to each other " hey we have to walk together, hey you can't walk alone, we are together as a team , you can't hide from me" they will do that to make what you said before sounds as a freak but hey again they just walk around their type of intelligence because the answer to that can be " well we are a team but not a couple so we work together in peace and respect but I can walk by myself if I want too after work or at break that still adds to the golden point that I can choose my type of people to talk to in my space time and it will be my only choice but when working I work as a team I don't walk out the building alone while my team is working as team so if you want to speak as team I am a team not a couple but I can also get tired and close my eyes on my break time while i say a hello right after to someone it is myself that no one will control in my break time"
