How to deal with emotional pain ?

Emotions you heard of that! You know it well based on it's own definition as feelings that make us human and control our empathy to others. Now the way you feel emotions differ from person to person depending on their race. Since race depends on DNA emotions depends on DNA. Now when people have emotional pain it takes stages such as memorizing happy times then memorizing happy memories then getting back to reality's shock that memories are not fact then feeling a sad feeling from the reality fact that memories are not existed in real life then feeling depressed and sad . A lot of people depends on their psycology type choose whether to overcome emotional pain or allow it to control them. I personally believe that if humen allow scientific analysis methods in their daily life aspects it will solve all their pain types in their psycology. Humen in general is a needy species who need to learn, who need support, who need encouragement, who need to feel security, who need happiness, who need satisfaction, who need peace of mind, etc. Now the question is who needs human? The answer is humen race. But if ask a different question who is need of humen ? The answer will be whoever humen in need ! Now if you choose to overcome your emotional pain then do it yourself! Find out your own scientific analyst of your situation! Ask your self how to analyze memories? What you gained? What you lost? What you have now ? What will you have tomorrow? Is your lost exceeds your gain? Is your gain exceeds your loss? Is that the image you want to put yourself into as a stuck up crying for the past? How to make your power rule your pain? Will pain stay in your heart or it has to stay on your daily life? Why there is emotional pain in first place and what is worthy from it? Can you replace painful memories with happier memories? What is your strength in facing emotional pain? What is your weakness to have emotional pain? Is emotional pain worth the pain ? How to overcome pain in emotions? Now ! Those questions are not easy to answer and take you off emotional pain immediately! But it will open your thinking cycle of what you will do next emotionally! Also it will help you to use both your head and heart! In my opinion emotional pain can be overcome through self analysis of emotions and then it depends the result you get! Our minds are programmed based on what we see! But our minds are not programmed on what we don't see! Now the key here to overcome emotional pain is to program your brain to what you don't see! Emotional pain starts from eyes then observation then good times then memorise then real fact that good times were gone. Now I just give you an example of that but it depends on situation such as good times could be good ones! Now back to the example! What makes an emotional pain? That was the conflict between memories and real fact that gone. Now the solution will be two options! Live in memory and ignore the real fact and live your life since you remember good memories you are good! Or make a newest memories by adjusting real fact as not gone by solutions. Any way just work on your self and use a trust worthy friend if possible to help you!
