How to boost a bad day mood?

Every one of us face a bad day once a while and affect their mood! But you can still make it an easier day for your self. You can still boost a bad day mood by some tips that I will share with you in my article based on my personal perspective and personal experience. I myself face a lot of bad days that involves me to worry most of the day but I always find a way out by these tips:
Find out what exactly bother you then write it down on a piece of paper. 

Find out the solution of what's bothering you then write down on a piece of paper. 

Find out what is your steps that can be done every day or until you solve the problem then write it down on a piece of paper. 

Start doing your steps above one thing at the time till your problem gets solved that will motivate your mind that you are doing a progress.

If you can't find any solutions use your inspiration resources such as religion prayers to calm you down.

Try to reach a friend to help you solving the problem if you need an extra advice. 

Try to listen to your favorite music and watch your favorite movies.

Try hang out with your close people you feel comfortable with.

Try to have a walk while listening to music or meditation resources. 

Try to write down on a piece of paper your progress steps and what you had accomplished so far on solving the  problem.
