How people frame a targeted individual?

Targeted individuals are identified in my perspective in this article as a "target" and it can go for many reasons such as outspoken which I discuss here.
In this article I will show my personal perspective on how people frame a targeted individual to ruin his life ? After assuming a targeted individual is a man let's assume the targeted individual is an ordinary intelligent person who doesn't fit in people's lifestyle. Most of the time targeted individuals fall in that category which is outsmarting the wrong doing and proving the right side instead. So why is that even important for people to frame a speak up person who spread all right message and prove the people wrong doing ? The answer will be that's is very important task for evil people because the hate of seeing good people or right people instead they need to see people sugar coat their evil doing by changing titles. They also base their work based on brainwashing rates others to make their successful fake business so if they see good well spoken right man spreading ethics and morals and rights reminders for others that make them repeat their brainwashing cycle over and over and it is exhausting for them. So they decide to frame the targeted individual in order for him to look bad infront of their brainwashed people and to upgrade their title from a bully to a  community helper in brainwashed people perspective.
So these evil people they don't have wide intelligence because their hatred level in their mind is extremely high which blocks their consciousness in general. When people in the stage of hatred their mind is limited to envy and grudge and evil plans so they can see through their limited intelligence. While relaxed minded people their mind has all emotions well balanced and there for their intelligence work because no emotions is blocking their entire mind. Back to the main point of how do people frame a targeted individual?
They use similar plan traits that's because they share the hatred in their mind which push their plans to the same method.
They will start by collecting information about a targeted individual by talking to people who are close to him then they will ask these people to keep an eye on him.
They will come to the targeted individual and set up traps based on his personal likes.
They will come and approach the targeted individual home and family and ask them to keep an eye on him
They will monitor the targeted individual bank account and tap their phone and set up cameras where he goes more often.
They will send spies around the targeted individual where he goes in general.
They give a weird stare whenever they do something based on their thoughts reflix.
They will slow down for a while then come back to confuse and trap the targeted individual.
They will try to ruin the targeted individual life style " whatever he likes need to go method"
Now if the targeted individual doesn't give up now he is not easy for them ,they will expand with different organizations.
So what's above is their plans . What's below as follows is how to identify them ?
Changes are the answer plus results.
Normal people will do a change in general but evil people make a change for person  likes only. So if you notice changes most of the time behind your back or only can harm you while everyone else does not get affected. Also look for funny people or funny talking people ,they send alot of them to brag and criticize what the targeted individual like. Look for constant changes once you announced your liking infront of them,they just have to destroy your liking and your life . Look for weird people coming to ask you weird questions to get information.  Look for changes in people's attitude to you. Look for changes in people's behavior to you and their urge to start an argument with you or trap you in a scenario. Look for changes in people's way of talking such as using your words or ideas to mock or to tease or to establish an idea from your credit most of the time these people are spies and wear a mask which looks like real individual to trap you . They use masks not the one in the market just specialized for that spying mission including humanoid robots that looks identical to humen but away from humen eyes since they only show a poor looking robots models on the media to brainwashing your search. They will play a picky game and they don't have any shame sensation so just notice how picky they are such as the house looks horrible since you had a little dirt on your shoes while others can walk with mud at no question ask. They will act friendly charming people all of a sudden but you will witness their tense eyes.
All organizations you deal with will experience changes and you can witness it such as policy changes or crew changes or crews changes attitude. They will play your fears so they will send people to ask you what's your favorite.....? Then you will notice them bragging and talking about the opposite of your favorite and to sugarcoat their behavior and to brainwash you ,they will make it like every body should suffer of your opposite favorite and then they enjoy watching you humiliated and loser. They will play smart but fake like caring  person without any knowledge to benefit you. You will notice people happy all time around you because they get high paying checks from spying and to make you feel wierd. You will notice fake people attitude they will not react or complain as an ordinary individual do for a job loss or a crisis for example because they are secured by the money they get to spy on you.
