How to make lentil soup?

Ingredients :
One table spoon salt
One table spoon of white or black pepper
Three table spoon of extra virgin olive oil
One medium chopped onion
Two cups of orange lentil washed with  water
Four cans of chicken broth or beef broth
Three slices of white toast ( crusts removed)
Chopped parsley
Four slices of lemon
Preparation :
Put the olive oil and onion in a pan,stir for 5 minutes till the onion looks  light golden.
Get a cooking pot put the fried onion with lentils ( the hard lentils after washing it and rinse ) with the chicken broth and leave it to boil on high heat.
When it is starts to boil reduce the head to medium . Cook for forty minutes.
Leave the lentil to cool up for twenty minutes after cooked.
In a tray cut the toast in tiny pieces ,Microwave it for two minutes till it turns crispy.
Put all mixture in the lentil pot into a blender until it turns to a thick form.
Take the mixture out of the blender and put it in a pot. Let it boil and add parsley and salt and pepper. 

When it is boiling reduce the heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes. 
Serve the soup and add lemon slices at the top and some parsley .
You can squeeze one lemon on each soup bowl for extra flavour.
