Ingredients
Three tablespoon minced garlic
17 ouncws boiled fresh chick pea
Four tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Two tablespoon tahini or ground sesame paste
Three tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
One tablespoon salt and pepper mixture
Two tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Three tablespoon chopped red onion
Preparation
Add the chick pea into a blender with half cup water and blend for three minutes till you form a thick paste.
Add the chopped onion and salt and pepper to the paste
Add the tahini to the mixture
Add the garlic and lemon juice
Mix with a wooden spoon all ingredients for five minutes
Garnish with fresh green chopped parsley or green olives
Serve with shish kobab or chicken or vegetables
