How To Make Hummus ?

Hummus is a popular dish in the Middle East. To prepare it you will need very simple ingredients that you can find in a grocery store . Hummus is high in nutrition value and a great appetizer that every one will like in your family .You can serve hummus with chicken nuggets or chicken breast stripes or vegetables .
Ingredients
Three tablespoon minced garlic
17 ouncws boiled  fresh chick pea
Four tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Two tablespoon tahini or ground sesame paste
Three tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
One tablespoon salt and pepper mixture
Two tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Three tablespoon chopped red onion
Preparation
Add the chick pea into a blender with half cup water and blend for three minutes till you form a thick paste.
Add the chopped onion and salt and pepper to the paste
Add the tahini to the mixture
Add the garlic and lemon juice
Mix with a wooden spoon all ingredients for five minutes
Garnish with fresh green chopped parsley or green olives
Serve with shish kobab or chicken or vegetables

How to make Egyptian eggplants ?

Eggplant is one of the most delicious vegetables and high in nutrition value. Eggplant is an Egyptian main dish that could be done in  different ways such as stuffed eggplants with rice or with ground beef . '' Mesakaaa'' is an easy recipe and it takes about an hour to cook it .
Ingredients to prepare ''Mesakaaa''
One big black eggplant
One big red onion
One tablespoon of minced garlic
One tablespoon of salt and pepper
One tablespoon of olive oil
One cup of chopped green pepper
One cup of chopped yellow pepper
Two chopped  red tomatoes
One can of tomato sauce
One tablespoon of chicken broth powder
One table spoon of onion powder
One tablespoon of garlic powder
One pound of ground beef
One cup of water
Preparation
Cut the eggplant in small square pieces.
Cut the red onion in small square pieces.
In a pan add the olive oil , onion,green pepper,yellow pepper, tomatoes and cook for five minutes.
Add the ground beef and eggplant to the pan and cook for ten minutes.
Add one cup of water and tomatoe sauce to the pan and cook on low heat for an hour
Add the spices and mix it up .
Serve it with white rice in warm condition .
