Hawawshi is a popular dish in Egypt . It is a delicious meal and it has high nutrition value for the whole family . It takes short time to prepare and can serve it with sesame paste called tahina .
Ingredients:
One pita bread whole grain
One cup of ground beef
One table spoon of vegetable oil
Two table spoon of diced onions
One table spoon of diced tomatoes
One teaspoon of mashed garlic
One table spoon of diced green pepper
One teaspoon of chilli powder
One teaspoon of all spice
One teaspoon of grinded thyme
One teaspoon of salt and black pepper
One table spoon of tomato paste
One teaspoon of olive oil
One cup of water
Preparation :
Preheat the vegetable oil then add the onions and tomatoes and green pepper.
Add the spices and chilli powder and garlic to step one.
Stir well till the onion turns light gold then add the thyme and tomatoe paste and water to step two.
Add the ground beef and salt and pepper to step three.
Stir well until the beef is well cooked and turns to dark brown.
Cut the pita bread in half then stuff it with the mixture from step four.
Preheat the oven 350 F then put the stuffed pita bread for just ten minutes then brush the surface with olive oil.

How To Make Fried Cauliflower And Crockpot Cauliflower ?
Fried cauliflower
preparation :
To prepare it you need a whole fresh cauliflower with vegetables oil and some seasoning .
Cut the cauliflower in little pieces then heat up the oil and deep fry the cauliflower until they turn brown and garnish with seasoning .
To serve it use pickles and white Arabian cheese or goat cheese and black olives with pita bread .

Put the cauliflower pieces in a crockpot.
Add the tomatoe paste ,one chopped onion,chopped garlic clove,two teaspoon seasoning,two diced tomatoes.
Add the water to cover the cauliflower.
approximately the water level is one inch above the mixture. Let it cook until it is done for about half an hour.
Serve it with white rice and fresh green salad.

Two table spoon of mixed vegetable
One table spoon of vegetables oil
Three table spoon of chopped fresh white onions
One table spoon of chopped fresh tomatoes
One cup of chicken breast cut in cubes pieces.
One teaspoon of salt and pepper
One teaspoon of chilli powder
two eggs
two cups jasmine rice or basmati rice
Preparation :
Cook the rice in a rice cooker until it is cooked .
Fry the onion,tomatoes,mixed vegatables,chicken and add spices in the oil.
Fry the cooked rice in oil then add soy sauce.
Fry the eggs in the middle of the fried rice pan.
Mix all ingredients in one pan and then serve .
